so old mate タク is moving to サンフランシスコ
perhaps he will feel some familiarity
after all
there have long been (sometimes interned) japanese communities there
and his english is not even slightly shabby
its his turn to be a 外人 again
im sure he will check his visa status before arriving at the airport this time
at least he will have a little more elbow room!
