the johnnys are a 'cowpunk' band, formed in 80s sydney who play 'pub rock in a country music style at a punk pace'. baffling ehi?

they are a whacky side project band that has included oz indie music royalty, with members from the hoodoo gurus, the paul kelly band and the legendary spencer p jones of the beasts of bourbon.

this particular piece of glorious silliness frustrated me for decades as it bounced around unidentified in the vast empty spaces of my bonce on and off for decades before i finally pinned the fucker down...
