theres next to no water!
its not the smoke that thunders
its just a deathly grey cliff
with a few sad ponds at the foot
surely it would be silent
none of that not being able to hear yourself think
with the continuous roaring
as 1.21 gigawats of water gush roaring over the precipice
no elephants tumbling
and trumpeting their fear
as they fall to their death
no bathing in the fast flowing pools by the lip
or hanging your head over with giddy/scared thrill
climate change or no
its a fucking sad sight indeed
